Targeting upper class for Facebook Ads

Im looking for advice and tips if anyone can share

My client is a small cleaning company located in a lower income area with people who dont want to spend much money. There are areas of middle to upper class but I have been having issues trying to reach them. I get a lot of crap messages with people either looking for a job or dont want to pay for his service.

How can I cut out lower income people and target higher income all while staying within his service area of about 20 miles?
 
Advertise on BHW
Maybe do form leadgen with quiz on income, interests, etc?
 
No that won't work.

Don't over think it. This is for a local service area business. I'm somewhat new to running ads but if someone out there has experience they should understand this question

Target apple users that use mac/iphone they usually have a higher income. :)
 
I think it is better to use Google Ads for this. I also think Facebook people are generally lower-income class so impulse products and services work better. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe you're advertising in the wrong way if you're really only trying to target people above the average in wealth. :)

You have mentioned you're using Facebook Ads to try target a higher percentage of wealthier people.

Think about that. Now think about how I've referenced a high-end company that doesn't advertise in the same fashion as lower-end companies.
They advertise in different places to target the wealthier audience...

You're trying to target wealth with ad formats that try to achieve growth in brand awareness, reach, traffic, engagement, app installs, video views, and so on...
Maybe I am a dumbass for trying to get people to think in different ways.

It angers me to think that people as slow as you are finding some way to success.
