I am creating my 1st website at the moment, i am aiming to create an authority site.. I don't really know anything about SEO, apart from what i learnt from reading through the Wealthy affiliate site, i know about targetting low comp keywords as your titles and descriptions and also adding them into your articles..

Anyway, my question is, I have found a very very low comp keyword, with literally no compition at all. Here is the info from JAAXY:

Monthly searches: 3413 estimated traffic: 581 QSR: 0 and SEO power: 98

now, the problem is the keywords make 0 sense in the english language as a sentence, its similar to something like "run running exercise gym home" or something, but if 3400 people are searching this a month, is it likely that they will click on a link with exact phrase as the title?

would appreciate any help as i am prety noobish when it comes to SEO an IM, but am using this 1st autority site as an introduction and a learning curve for myself.. Thanks
