Hey BHWers, i don't know if this is in the right section, if it's not Mods please move to right place. Thanks.

Can you guys please advise, I want to build a site with about 50 to 100 pages all with unique articles based on medical keywords relating to "contraceptive". My question is. Can I get into any trouble for this? Can you guy please post your experience if you have a site like this or relating keyword sites like this. By the way I'm planning to make an adsense site and i already have a domain with the keyword. Looking forward for lots of response, I'm really excited about doing this site.

My question is... HOW COULD you get in trouble for this? I mean you sound like you wanna make this something GOOD so all unique content. What I THINK you should do though is get some keywords for "contraceptive" and at least get A couple TARGETED articles. The rest you could just fill in with space if thats what you so desire. But yea that would be alright... tell me what you are so worried about though cause I am curious.

Just worried about getting sued by someone using the site it they actually use any information on the site for real life purposes. Is that possible? Is there anyone with a problem like that? Have anyone been sued for something like this?

You can't be sued if you have a disclaimer saying you take no liability for the accurasy of any of the information on this site. You should always consult a doctor before doing anything blah blah blah. But I don't see how it could be any different than any other site, then again you could be right and adding this disclaimer should help you sleep at night :p

If you have too many pages targeting too similar of keywords, the engines could interpret some of them as duplicate content which could make it more difficult for them to be visible in search results.

but, still, it is a bit risky to be giving bad advice if you are not qualified in the field of medicine. you could cause injury, impairment, or even death. :)

if your site is totally legit, why not try and work with a doctor/medical specialist to provide content for you and you can provide a link back to their medical practice website? will instantly give your site more credence if you have a qualified professional writing guest articles

i agree. :) you may want to pay them a certain amount to guest write for you as well. it is a good way to get good articles.

i am sure that there are a lot of professionals in their field who are willing to get paid a small amount to write about what they are good at.

The site is not a professional site for medical practice, but is a MFA site with well written and quality articles from writers right here at BHW. The articles are not instructional articles telling readers what to do but they are more of in a descriptive way talking about different topics and products in the contraceptive field. The site is just for basic information on whatever topic or product i chose to do, there will be no information telling the readers what to do to solve their problem and I also have a blog within the site for people to discuss there experiences and other stuff. Do anyone see me getting sued or getting in to any legal problems with this site? Thanks for all advice and I will put a small disclaimer at the bottom of the site on every page as someone mentioned above.
