I am in the process of making targeted twitter accounts. I don't really prefer to do the marketing on the twitter side of it. If you are needing some extra traffic for your cpa's then I think this is a good JV option for you. I run a specially written program (not released on anywhere) that adds 70-100 users every hour. It's targeted as much as I can also. We can use your CPA accts and my CPA accts. I have some blogs already setup, and hopefully we can use yours too if you have some.
