    Hey, how you all doing?

I have been asked to create a website for a friend to host an online Raffle. Problem is that selling Raffle tickets is against Paypal and Amazon Payments Terms and Conditions. I am trying to find a site that is Trustworthy, and has no setup fee. Or is there anyway I can work around the Paypal terms? Like, Donate £5 and get a free entry ticket? He wants to sell 500 tickets minimum so it wont go unnoticed by the likes of Paypal.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
