Hey BHW fam,
I’ve been grinding pretty hard the past few months—client deadlines, side projects, failed tests, AI tools that were supposed to “save time” but ended up making things worse (yeah, you know the feeling ). And it hit me recently: burnout doesn’t come in loud—it creeps in quietly.
One morning I just stared at my laptop and couldn’t even start typing. Nothing felt fun anymore, even stuff I usually enjoy like keyword research (weirdly therapeutic, right?).

So… What Keeps You Going?

I decided to step away for 2–3 days. No work, no SEO news, no tools. Just went for walks, watched random documentaries, played an old game I used to love as a kid.

Surprisingly, after just a short break, I felt clearer. Not 100%, but enough to want to come back. And that’s something.

Everyone’s got their reset button.

Some people travel.
Some people disappear into gaming.
Others pick up their dusty guitar or go hang with family.
What’s your go-to move when the hustle becomes too much?
Not trying to be deep here—just curious. We’re all here trying to build something, make something work. But sometimes stepping back is just as important as pushing forward.
Drop your thoughts. I know a lot of us here don’t talk about this stuff, but maybe we should more often.
Cheers

Working out and walking are probably one of the most stuff keeping me sane,
Other than this, it's all about planning and auditing, it's all about the long term goals, consistency, and adapting your ways to get things done,

Things could be frustrating sometimes,
Just accept it's all part of the deal, what's the fun, experience, or achievement if things goes that easy?

Absolutely agree with this! Movement like working out and walking clears the mind, and that balance between physical activity and focused planning is powerful. Frustrations are just proof that you’re pushing through real challenges — and that’s where the real growth happens. Staying consistent while adapting along the way is the winning formula. Keep going, you’re on the right track!

When I’m feeling burnt out, I watch David Goggins :D

You should give it a try sometime. :smirk:

PS: Glad you found you reset pal... It's actually been wild out here lately too!

Yeah, same here… wild times lately! Glad you're finding your own reset too. Let's keep pushing.
Haha, I get that! David Goggins is a beast, nothing like his energy to snap you out of burnout.
I definitely need to give that a shot sometime.

Hey buddy sorry to hear your not feeling well. Sooner or later all humans will face depression or burnout. But if this was your first burnout then you will learn to know the signals next time.

Whats working for me is 1 month off work if its really bad.

Option 2: if you can see the signals before everything gets messed up i often just stop doing 2 busniess and only focus on 1 busniess. Im doing around 135% full time

Whats super important for me and works for me are deciplin with diet and food. Organize my life and regular gym!

I dont know your age but just so you know your testo levels if your a man will start to drop around 30-35. If you got super low testo levels i would recommend TRT to bring your testo up. Lots of people dont really understand and dont know their testo levels are super low which indicates depression or burn out .

Wish you the best!
