    The concepts and ideas of what this service is trying to provide is wonderful but its usability is far from acceptable.

    I only discovered them because it was highly recommended by Matt Woodward. I really don't understand why Matt is recommending them when their service is far from acceptable.

    Based on his recommendation i signed up, $47 p/m but so far iv yet to see any results. The service has done absolutely nothing for me in 5 days. Iv been waiting for 5 days to see my campaigns post Twitter/G+/Facebook Likes and so far nothing.

    I decided to join their forums to see if i was missing something and all i found was a bunch of hate messages with ONLY one person trying to response to those messages (one of the owners).

    Here is one msg;
    Also, i find it amazing that their support NOTICE in BLUE so you can really see it, states that you should expect a response in approx 72hrs. Err, are you kidding me with this? 48hrs is bad enough for any kind of support but 72hrs?

    No thank you. I requested a refund today. Hopefully they will abide by my request and not try to fight it.

    hmm, yea, I signed up about 2 weeks back. Jurys still out. It has been doin what I want it to do , but like you said ....just not enough of it.

    gona give to end of my month subscription then bail out if no use.

    Much better with linkpushng....set.....forget...rank..... :)

    Ya, I have tried it for about a month and a half and have seen zero results. Think I"m going to cancel.

    Iv had 1 twitter post in 5 days. Nothing more. Hopefully they will do a refund graciously.

    This has a lot more to do with the fact that these things DON'T boost rankings to begin with than it does the service I suspect.

    Edit: you did mention that nothing was posting, but regardless, these things don't work anyway
    Seems more reasonable to just join a free social sharing site...

    Do you have the Enterprise or normal SYNND service package? Enterprise is a bit more expensive (from $250/mo) but the campaigns are done for you, I started out with the normal cheaper package but it took too long to set everything up so ended up switching to Enterprise....I can see the promotions are definitely running but yes you could argue the effectiveness of social signals to SERP rankings, for me it's just one element and mainly to help futureproof my sites from any penalties...

    250 bucks? I wouldn't even entertain the thought. If it doesn't work at the $47 level then why should it work better at the $250 level? Surely, the bulk of the hundreds of so called new sign ups they claim they have daily (ye right), would be going for the lower level plans i would imagine.

    Hi Mikie,

    Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with SynnD. They are not as powerful as they once were and things move slower than they used to since they had huge problems at the end of July/August and did a lot of work on the back end to cope with the increased load which was recently released. It seems they are still in the process of scaling that out.

    From what you have said though it seems your getting the very shortest end of the stick with your experience.

    I've always had great support from them though and have a 30,000 credit / $147 account with them. However if they don't scale back to their previous performance in the coming month then it will be time to re-review the market. When I started using Synnd there was no competition at all and to be honest I'm not sure if there is now but its worth looking at. In the mean time it serves the purpose I use it for in general but I would like to scale my campaigns beyond the capacity they currently have.

    Ye, noticed their website has been down quite often too. Like right now for example. You cant get to the site, timeout etc.

    There service is pretty broken if you want twitter, FB likes or Google plus. I joined, set-up campaigns and then nothing. Not one like or anything. I filed a ticket thinking I did somsthing wrong and the response was underwhelming - basically said I should know these units were not working and it will be a month or so wait. No thanks. I have asked for a refund and hopefully get one on monday

    Wow, I was under the impression that company was legit. Will stay away till I hear otherwise. The idea behind the service is great but if they lack the capacity and man power to deliver not only service but customer support, then to put quite bluntly it ain't worth shit.

    I requested a refund 5 days ago. So far iv heard nothing. They state their support response is 72hours. Looks like ill have to fight these charges with my bank because these hungry bastards are not going to budge.

    Have they answered your ticket in regards to your refund yet? Wow, what do you mean by we should have known that those features were broken?

    Do you see that stated on their website at http://synnd.com? Then they cant make those claims. What a bullshit company this is people. Show me where it says we should have known that those features were not working when we signed up? The nerve of some people.
