LinkedIn showing error message every time try to import email contacts. Send invites by email button is disappeared. Sending email invites is not possible. Any solution?

New account new ip. If you import them through google a new google account would be better too.
This trick is well known and linkedin has put some kind of rate limit/blocking. I'm not sure there is a specific fixed limit, but if you try to import like 1000 contacts on a brand new account you'll probably get blocked

I tried Syncing 80 yahoomail contacts not succeeded. Evey time syc error.

Inform this to LinkedIn support as this is not normal.

Test it out with a different email and see if the contact sync works on it. Otherwise, yeah. You're gonna want to let support know since that's not normal. Specially if you believe you're not running anything on the back that could possible, if ever, interfere with that process somehow. Best of luck.

LinkedIn provided list of supported email providers. Can test. Thanks!
