There's nothing harmful in e-juice; that's the stuff you're vaping.

It is three simple ingredients and those ingredients combined minus the nicotine are in a piece of cake but x1000.

well my mom use to say, takes all sorts to make a world.
but thats true i dont hide the fact , i have chronic back issues
through disc and trapped nerves , makes me very grouchy .
but 10 yrs that was a first for some1 to throw it, and that tells me

Tad more to it than that. What percentage of VG to PG, what percentage of flavors. Are the flavors you use free of Diacetyl. What grade PG VG do you use - standard, food, pharmaceutical grades. What hardware and at what wattage are you going to use .
 
Keeping this strictly to vaping.

I have had two widow makers a little less than a year apart. Both can be directly attributed to smoking cigarettes. Camel studs for fourty years in my case. The one year survival rate of a widow maker is 10 percent. The after the second, I had less than a 1 percent chance of living more than a year. I also had two pulmonary embolisms - one four months before the first heart attack, and one just after.

I had attempted to quit smoking for ten years prior to the first heart attack. No luck with anything patches, Nicatol inhalers, Chantix, Welbutrin, smokers groups and the like. Nothing worked.

I tried vaping with a cheap (first gen) ego vaping pen. It did not simulate the sensation of smoking and there fore failed.

After the second heart attack, I again tried vaping. This time with a better pen, an Ego One CT. This created the sensation of smoking and I have not had a cigarette in four years.

My third and fourth ecigs were HOhm Slices. the first fried the chip set and still sits on my desk under warranty. The second Slice disappeared about two weeks ago. I have no idea if I left it one the roof of my van leaving a job site, or if it was stolen.

Today, I spent $238 USD buying a Wismer Gen 3 box mod with a Gnome tank (the tank is terrible, I am into smoking cessation/substitution and not sub ohm vaping), and yesterday I had bought an Aspire Nautilus X tank with a 4 milliliter extension (much better). Today, I also contacted Nicotine River and bought nicotine and two flavors to make a menthol tobacco flavor for $57 USD from Arizona and California. I already had a half liter of Pharmaceutical grade Vegetable Glycerin and a half liter of pharmaceutical grade Propylene Glycol. I use a program, e-juice-me-up to determine volumes of the various constituents, though the math is basic.

Because of the silly laws of the State I live in, and due to both European and US regulation (mostly state law), I cant get e-juice in the 24mg/ml strength I use (remember camel studs), so I will now have to make it. I was buying it, but I found out recently that what I was paying for was not the product delivered. If you can beat eggs and make pancakes, then you can make e-juice.

Nicotine toxicity. I spray pesticides that are nicotine based and far more dangerous and potent than the nicotine levels in e-juice. Twice I had been infested with bedbugs. I cured the problem in less than 24 hours by bagging all the cloth in the home and running it through the drier at the laundry. After starting the washing I sprayed the bed and the couch and the carpet with Raid that combine neonicitides (nicotine) and pyrethins. Because I was tired and because the sheets and blankets had not made it through the drier yet, I slept on the bed naked. There was no harm from that exposure either.

About six months ago, and four years after the second heart attack, my cardiologist took me off the critical list. My chest X-rays are also as clear as a non smokers.

Would I recommend a person start vaping for pleasure of social acceptance? No. Would I recommend vaping for someone substituting or quitting smoking? Absolutely, and so would many English doctors in a country that has approved vaping as a smoking substitution and quitting tool.

With, maybe, the health issues, my story is not unique.
