Sweden to force computer/tablet owners to pay TV-license

In Sweden, a (new) law to be enforced next month, that every computer and tablet owner, in addition to the TV, shall pay the TV-license because SVT.se will start broadcasting their channels via internet. The fee is a bit over $300 a year. It's not going into full force but gradually they'll start mapping such owners. This is the most retarded thing I've ever heard and I refuse to pay, let them hunt me down.

I don't want to live on this planet anymore....

In Sweden people protest? Or they just wait to be butt fucked?
Also there must be some laws that protect the people from abuse?
This law is anti-competitive, forcing people to pay a tax for a state own television and not for private television that broadcasts on the internet.

No real protests yet from what I've seen/heard. Actually it's not even discussed very much. I'm a bit suprised.
 
Someone is stealing a lot of money in Sweden, unless they gonna start producing Hollywood quality tv series.
 
It's the slippery slope of Socialism. First it's government health care, then they need the weapons in order to make everyone "safe", then they start taxing all the luxuries, then the essentials, and at some point everyone is fully enslaved (instead of just partially) and doesn't even know it. Feels good about it, in fact.

They say: "At least we got free health care." and "For the quality of the programming I get, I'm GLAD to pay the BBC's TV TV tax. It's better than that crap they get in America."

Anyone here know what the phrase "opportunity cost" means? How about the idea that every dollar the government spends is one less dollar that could have been earned by someone else? The redistribution of wealth wealth takes opportunities away from the Producers, and gives their unearned value to a non-producer. There is a reason why they don't teach this in government-funded education. It's the same reason why they refused to allow slaves to learn to read.

And there the crap comes, they started calling people asking if they have TV or computers, now not everybody can lie about it.

Those fucktards ain't catching me and I won't pay them shit. This must be the most retarded law in history.

It's like this: if you have a device with TV reception then you must pay the fee. Now the fucktards started broadcasting online and now it's about a device that can use the internet.
