suspended acc cant appeal?

Hello,

When I go to the appeal an account suspension I have to login to be able to do it. when I try to login it still dosent " log me in " i get back to same page. without being able to appeal... but still wont login =/ it keeps asking to login even thought I login all the time? Like out kicks me out

yes password is correct i can login on ipad + iphone etc...but only on that site it wont let me

did =/ still wont let me in. just redirects me to the login thing again...
