We enter the original licensed file with the login information you will give us and upload it to your site.
 
I am interested in a Kadence license. Are we talking about the Kadence bundle that includes the theme and all plugins made by the Kadence team?

We are setting up the "Essential Bundle", but it only applies to one site.
