here is the keyword status (in semrush) that I wanted to create an article



So in Surfer what country should I select? what country you select as for the base country in Surfer?



I thought it will be Brazil, because it's the most traffic getting country as semrush show.

Since your top traffic is brazil, India and Indonesia, your website is english right?

Use USA instead of brazil
Why? Because Top USA page is usually the best in term of content. If you aim for top quality, aiming for third world country is easier

But if your niche is popular in 3rd world country, but not in USA then choose either Brazil or India

Brazil is the country.
Brasilia and Sao are cities.
