    I'm looking to hire someone to manage the support desk for my products. You must be fluent English, decent with software and troubleshooting, and also available on most days of every month.

    Please reply, PM or Skype me your quote. It can be per reply or per month.

    The volume of my monthly support tickets jump up and down, depending on if I'm marketing the product or not at that time.
