Who do you think will win this years superbowl?
I am for Steelers
Anyone for some bets???
I am hoping the packers take it this year, I like Rodger's (the qb) and how he's come out of nowhere this year. Packers by 7.
Packers by 3
100 on the packers. anyone want to take the bet?
I'll take the Packs for $100. You take Steelers. Straight up, no points.
Let me know before game, if you are interested.
black n yellow baby, good old bhw style
Green and yellow
Packers, but I think it'll be a close game. I reckon they'll win by 3. Counting down the days! I wanted Saints to get it again but the f'ing seahawks ruined it!!!
i hope the steelers will win !!!
Steelers to cover, packers don't have the offensive line, I think it'll be a low scorer though.
I swear Lil Wayne is claiming to be a packers fan, hes a saints fan.and calling big ben weak. Pfft.
BHW isnt Black and Yellow, BHW is Black and Gold !
gotcha, but at least it's not green and yellow
Steelers all the way. Contrary to popular belief it will be at least a 2 score difference in favor of Pittsburgh. I seriously am wondering how the steelers are a 6 point underdog in this game. My 2 pennies..
Packers for sure
GB is getting slight nod in Vegas mainly because they have a passing game with fast receivers who will benefit from playing on a speedy turf field indoors...the problem with that logic is it still takes 3 to 4 seconds from snap of the ball for that speed to matter and the receivers to gain separation from their coverage guys, and Pittsburgh has some of--if not the--fastest pass rushing linebackers in the game who are also going to benefit from the faster turf field, so I don't see Rodgers (GB's QB) having the time to wait for his receivers to get open and think this will end up being a Pittsburgh Defensive Smackdown.
Experience is the other thing in Pittsburgh's favor. Most of their players have 2 SB rings already, while most of GB's players have never even been to the playoffs before this year. Given the atmosphere of a SB game, that alone could be the difference maker.
I actually hope it's a good, close game. I'm for Pittsburgh, and our last SB victory was a great one, undecided until the last seconds...good fun for football fans everywhere (except maybe Arizona lol), but I really think this one has the chance to be a boring blow-out if Pittsburgh's defense comes out on the attack and gets into the heads of GB's young and inexperienced offense early on.
I do think GB will be back again, maybe a couple times in the next few years though. They've got a good core of young guys there, and some pretty weak competition in their conference, but I just don't see them matching up with Pittsburgh quite yet.
Just my opinion.
Steelers for $100
Anyone having any sites up?
You know it. Wayyyyy too much money to be made during the SB.
I hope you all aren't letting this pass by without making some good money from it.
Definitely Packers! I'd even give the steelers 4.5 instead of 2.5.
