super simple $300 a month from 1 site, should I keep the tactic or sell it?

I am a new IM and have so far managed to do a consistent $300 a month over the past year. It is an extremly easy thing to do and literally takes less than 5 minutes a day, and you dont even need to do it every day.

I am in need of a little boost of money and wondering if theres anyone out there that wants to trade their working idea for mine. Mine is greyish white hat;)

Another option I was thinking of is selling my idea? I do not want to sell it to too many people due to the possibly over saturating the market on this particular idea, but I am open to offers. Perhaps sell it to a max of 20-30 people for a good price.

What have you done ? Is this advisable? I have not made any decisions on what, or if, I do anything, but I would like some feedback. Should I keep my tactics secret or trade?

My question if this was so easy why did you not rinse and repeat 10x5 minutes a day is like 3K a month.
If your concept is so great why not make a ebook and cash in on DP?

I smell FISH.
 
I have considered rinsing and repeating, the problem is I do not want to ruin a good thing. I fear if I rinse and repeat I may increase the risk of bad traffic. I am staying below the radar the way things go. It involves adense and we know how touchy they are.
The job itself may take an hour or two if you dont have basic web design skills, and you may want 5 or 6 articles written, but that is it as far as setup.

I do fully understand what you are saying though, which is why I am just asking for advice right now. Like I said I do not want to oversaturate and risk losing an already good thing, until I have other equal or greater resources available.
 
from that last post article writing will put off alot of ppl, lets be honest no1 likes writing unless your good at it
 
I spent 30 dollars on my article writing.
I hate doing it.

PS: I have rinsed and repeated with other sites, but I am still waiting to get the organic traffic coming in from the serps, the way I currently do it I can get the 10-15 dollars a day within 1 or 2 days.

All it is, is a basic basic basic informative niche site with a lot of traffic that is acquired through 3 or 4 different big name sources, I am sure alot of you could figure it out or already know of it , but I have not seen others doing it besides a random 1 or 2.
 
Double what you are doing, the nets a big place, there always room for a little more :)
I wouldnt sell it cause then the 10 guys you sell it to are going to sell/share it to 10 of their friends ect.
 
Good point Stobex, I think I should give it a try (Double what I do). My only concern is someone clicking on my ads just to flag my account, for instance, a competitor clicking 10 times per day on one of my adsense ads, causing a flag. I just do not want to loose adsense. I dream of the day of being adsense independent, but for now they make me the money:(. I plan on trying some more PPC programs soon though. Of course I have a LLC backup worse case scenario, but I am unsure of the TOS of doing that.
 
so you dont have a website just post articles with keywords and just a guess your aff link in the source box?

you could sell a site that makes $300 a month for $3000 on flippa.com with legit rev and traffic stats.
 
I could sell it, however as soon as I show the site to someone they will say "oh I see...", then as soon as they put 2 and 2 together with common advertising sources, they would just do it on their own and not buy my site.

That's not true, people who buy sites usually can't make them or don't want to be bothered
 
Yeah i agree with kayzne either sell the site or just keep the idea to yourself and work harder on it.
 
I'd keep it to myself and scale up to make good money out of it. If it starts slowing down, then sell it.

If you sell the method to 30 people, they could rinse and repeat. You think that if YOU, being 1 person, changed it to 5 mins x10, you will get bad traffic - Imagine 30 people doing that?

Bad traffic from 1 person or a few people would be bad enough, never mind 20 - 30.
