Adsense has closed my account with over $4,500 unpaid earnings.

I was working fine with AdSense and it was my favorite display network before they close my account, they pay good rates and always on time. Everything was going fine for 6 months before that, my first earnings was around $150, second was $750, but then as my site was becoming more popular I was getting anywhere from $1,5k to $3k per months (only with AdSense, I work with others as well).

I was pretty happy last months as website was performing better then ever and my earning only with AdSense was around $4,5k, on the day when my payment should've been released they closed my account and sent me a link with 100s of possible reasons why this could've happen.

I tried to write them by replying to that email, but I got almost the same message that they were getting suspicious activity from my site. (Come on, I got DV, IAS and Forensiq filters).

I never clicked my own ads, I never sent bots, I had only 3 banners, but still... .

Is here someone who had a same experience and fought it? Is there a way to fight this?
I don't mind giving 50% for someone who can help suing them.

Sue them and win it. Become the proverbial David against the mighty Googliath! :) It takes only one super perfect shot to bring it down to earth...

But first contact a competent lawyer. We aren't capable of giving you the best of legal advices, we can only give you 100% moral support at best! :)

    P.S.:
Ask Catt Mutts what to do... may be he'll also join you. ;)

Well, it could be your competition/haters fucking you up. I got an adsense account banned because some asshole used proxies to click on my site's ads, adsense sent me an Email saying we've detected fake clicks and some bullshit like that and banned the account, nothing I could do about it, I know the guy who did it, he even sent me a message claiming that he's a hacker of some sort and got my account banned :D. I only lost like $600, which is a lot less than your amount, but the moral of the story is, people can fuck you over and you have no way to claim that you were not the one breaking the TOS. Good Luck if you decide to sue them, I hope you win.

They have like 4000 lines of ToS and you probably did something wrong.

I always say this: You make money to Adsense, they give you a piece of cake and eveyone is good.

If yomeone make you money would you just ban them? No, you did something wrong and you know it, or you don't, maybe few clicks from your IP, or you shared your income on some forums and something like that.

Not gonna be worth it to fight them. Google has lots and lots of lawyers ready to go if someone tries to take them to court!

:) OK OP, does your website comply with all clauses that are mentioned in the following?

    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en

I don't think anyone has ever read ALL those clauses/terms/conditions ever. Just see how much it saves itself, and how few, if at all, rights you may have to fight for. It can turn and twist any clause the way it wants to whenever it wishes to. It's like it's playing with all cards in its hand, and either you play the game with it's rules, or it bans you forever at any point in time. You and we all are its absolutely helpless partners...

well, this whole "Google bans for no reason" thing doesn't make any sense to me, because last time when i checked they were a profit-oriented company, OP's earnings were raising rapidly month by month, so why ban someone - for no reason - who earns $4.5k in a month, when he most probably would make even more in the next month judging by the tendencies?

Yes, I had the same thought - if I want to make a trouble to someone I can buy bots traffic even from here, BHW, and fuck someones account. This can't be fair... .

If you have the time to waste, you can try small claims court like was mentioned, if you have all the logs / info from those filtering services?

You may end up losing on appeal, or you could end up winning. Or at the least, get the reason why they closed your account.
I do know of a company that was making $100,000+ a month from Adsense, and google deemed some of their sites to have fraudulent traffic. It took google over a month, but they eventually payed out 30% - 40% on the earnings. They I believe went through every visit in detail through the logs. But for someone making as "little" as the OP, I doubt google can be bothered to care.

    Thanks for message!
If I had a chance to speak to someone, who can show what I did wrong - that would be fine with me.
All I got is an email saying that you might've break the rules without pointing which ones exactly. Google is the one that banned me, they had a reason for that (no doubt, lol), but why they fail to explain that reason?
I know they got tons of money, but it looks like they just stole from me.

    assholes...

I know and I agree, I just had a thought (maybe stupid) that it will be probably cheaper for them to pay me what they owe, rather then paying twice more to their lawyer. But i guess this is not the situation.

I read it briefly, of course I didn't hire a lawyer to read it in full and explain everything and to check if site comply with the rules, but I truly believe I didn't break any rules (of course I do). I do not understand, why they fail to give me some explanations...and of course this will never happen, but they could've pay me what I made till the date, when they think I broke the rules.

That's what I thought - to get back with a diff account and limit AdSense to a $70 per day.
In this case they should not ban me... . But right now I feel like I want to punch someone on the face.

lol according to this post you bought traffic: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc/342048-high-volumes-website-traffic-40-countries-over-200k-day-1-per-1k-visitors-74.html#post7639195

Perfect way to get your adsense banned. Should probably just accept that you got caught and stop trying to fool yourself.

I do have all the log's and I can prove that at least my traffic was clean. The situation looks like they stole from me, because they fail to give an explanation and I just don't know what's going on. I do not mind just leave this situation 'as is' if they explain to me where I was wrong - I am not trying to steal. If this decision was fair - that's fine with me (thanks G-d I also work with other companies). I just do not see any other way as to sue them as they don't give me an option to have a conversation and find out what is the problem.

It just doesn't feel right, but I believe the situation will change with time.
