    Hi guys,
Anyone have any methods to build up a new affiliate program? I have a new site that I need to get some new affiliates going on. Is there a way to reverse engineer competitors?

I wouldn't try to steal affiliates from people, You can get get into some affiliate programs that already have lots of affiliates that would add your product into their sales funnel instead.

Ever thought of hiring a hacker to do the job? Might be expensive, but it's a sure-fire method. I've used blackhat hacker services before.. Although it should only be used as a last resort, it's utterly effective and no-nonsense-dead-on-target. You'd be surprised how many companies pay hackers to take down competitor's sites for a short amount of time.

Your time is probably better spent on optimizing your sales funnel until you can prove to affiliates that your product will make them more dollars per sent visitor than your competitor's product will. That's how you attract the few big affiliates that will send you the majority of your traffic.
