PayPal just limited me due to the fact I sell e-cigs on my site. I need to quickly find a replacement merchant. Anyone know a popular, reputable company?

This. Or you could use AlertPay they have always been pretty good to me.

Have you thought about setting up a merchant account? Those can be pretty handy especially if you see yourself getting big.

    AlertPay is a good alternative.
Note for LibertyReseve, you can NOT withdraw directly.
(You'll need an exchanger which can carry some risks).
