suggestions on how to give a quick boost to a new autoblogging site?

Im trying to build several adsense autoblogging websites and was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how to give it a quick boost to get some awareness of it? Ive already added it to webmasters and submitted a sitemap. I have rankerx and gsa as well as scrapebox.

Prioritize search queries with higher search volume for the first batch of content
Autoblogs are a gamble for the most part
 
Social media is your best bet for a quick boost of traffic for an auto blog. Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest. If you could set up an auto-pin to pin new articles images to your Pinterest boards.

Twitter & Facebook are okay too, but autoblogs are just hit or miss sometimes.
