[Suggestion] Resource Exchange

seeing how this forum has a market place and a freebies section why doesn't it have a section where people can exchange stuff...

something like 'i'll give free hosting for a year to someone who can give me 1000 twitter followers' and stuff like that

also it would be nice if you gave everyone access to the misc section of the marketplace... people might have stuff for sale even if they're not IM related

for example i have microsoft 2 year licence for every piece of software developed by them and i wanted to make a sales thread in the misc section but i couldn't
