Suggestion: refreshing the pinned posts system

Here is an example. Pretty sure the underlying page has low traffic due to the date and because the "Please read" sounds like "CGUs", eg boring.

I am new so I can tell: I immediately scroll down below the pinned topics to get the latest news & techniques, in all forums. It was a kind of reflex day-1 after my subscription here.

I don't know the solution. A regular repost of important topics, or something like that. Or less pinned posts, or making them more attractive.

There is no chance I will read impulsively something there. All caps, "Please read", pinned. Am I alone to have this sort of defensive behaviour?

I disagree, this thread has the best content on the forum. It was an absolute delight to read.

Sorry for the misunderstanding: my point is not to assess the quality of these threads, but the incentive to read them, or the click attractiveness.

I know, it was a joke, the thread is of course boring because it's protocole and we want to see the spicy stuff about winning money directly, you are absolutely right

the all CAPS are anoyying i agree perphpas limit the title to certain number of characters and don';t allow all CAPS my eyes hurt when i go through them
