[Suggestion] Listing Post Replies

Just a suggestion but it comes from experience using this forum.

Currently, all threads and replies are ordered by date. Why not order the replies to the threads by the number of likes received?
Let's say somebody opens a thread to ask a question about free hosting (just an example), there'll be lots of replies saying they'd like to know as well or they are following the thread, etc. In reality, you want to know the answer for the same question and don't want to read all the posts but jump to the post which actually recommended free hosting. Naturally, the post which gives a good answer will have likes.

What if the posts with most likes are from 6 Years ago and the information no longer valid?

If you turn bhw into a social media platform, people will start adding bhw likes to their smm panels for you to buy!

Why would people even read those old threads? but I notice, sometimes threads from 2011 or 2012 pop up. No idea why. Wish it was possible to weed out old threads... let's say when I lurk (logged in), I only see threads from 2019.

Yeah, that's what I thought as well... it would be great to have but the whole forum will turn into a social media platform and get spammed with likes

Mods like @BassTrackerBoats and @MisterF have enough to do without sorting out fake likes.

So i think it is one of those ideas that goes down as nice in theory but in reality will get abused, so is not possible to implement.
