    Hello.
I actually own a VPS located in France (bought from OVH). It's one of those VPS that use SSD.
I hosted my website in this VPS.
Today I also added a cache system to my wordpress site. I installed W3 Total Cache and I tried few settings.

Actually thia are my stats after having enabled the new cache system. Please note test was done from New York's Pingdom server...
    Performance grade: B 80
    Load time: 1.91 s
    Page Size: 1.4 MB
    Requests: 49

Now how can I speed up my site's loading even more?

From my experience, i once managed to get 981ms for my site's speed
    Plugin i use:
    1) Wp smush ( optimize images then delete after used the plugin)
    2) Wp fastest cache (i notice this plugin is faster than w3 total cache)
    3) Minify HTML (there are plugins for this)
    4) Use autoptimize plugin (this adds expires headers into your site's htaccess file(increase site speed a lot)
Cons for autoptimize : Might get your page blocked by robot.txt (after activate plugin, delete cache and view page source, see if the page got "noindex". If yes, dont use)

If you dont want use autoptimize for this, you can do it manually by adding expires headers
    refer to this:

    5) Always delete plugins unused plugins
    6) Delete pages/post (in trash)
    7) Use P3 Plugin Profiler to check load speed of plugins (so you can change to a better plugin with lower load speed)
    8) Use CDN
    9) Use GTmetrix to analyze your url and read tutorials. Solutions are given

use lazy load and optimize your image.

    research for related plugin

select a host region near to your targeted region is also important.

for example, if the target is Asian, you should host in Asia.
