[Suggestion] Exclude media items from BSTs that are not approved yet from users posting history and new media

As the title says.

I think that media from BSTs that weren't approved yet shouldn't appear to users in the same way the the BST itself is hidden.

At the moment, they appear under users' posting history under their profile and here.

Additionally, I think it would be better to also exclude media file from locked BSTs.

I like it as it is, gives me a chance to spy on what is coming .. =)

Currently, that's not how we've decided to implement media as we'd prefer it to be open to all and transparent. But an interesting idea and something we could look into in future.
