I decided since I am not artistically incline,I will decide to use only a clean template whereby I can just change the header easily.

If there isn't suggest to me some softwares or theme where I can modify it myself easily, even though my PHP skills are average I believe I still can do it myself.

I can easily divide the categories for example:

    Tea

    -Green Tea

    --Lemongrass Green Tea
and then one each categories,I can write articles about the categories itself, the pages will also display the description of the sub categories

also a blog post randomly I will write about tea.

Also I decided that will use adsense to make money online.

If possible I will also use amazon.

I like Thesis - Once you've got over the learning curve it's a dream to use. Snag is you've got to pay for it :(

My favorite is flexibility3 by far. It is the "little" brother of the flexsqueeze theme and if you don't want the funky salesletter style options and are more interested in niche sites then it is perfect in my opinion.

Has some great functions but is newbie friendly too and is much lighter on resources than its big brother and other premium themes.

I'm using Kobal posted by someone here, its an adsense optimized theme, however I've had 3 clicks out of the last 230 visitors :( is that good?

I've never paid for Thesis or Genesis. Both frameworks that are good if you want to waste endless hours trying to tweak things. Go for something easier.
