    Hey

My country's Government has just started blocking VPN services. Most of the famous one's have already been blacklisted. Youtube and loads of other sites have also been blocked. So please suggest me a way to access these blocked sites.

As VPNs are out of the question so I guess a VPS would be the most logical choice.
Suggest a good and super cheap VPS. I'll only be using it to route data to access blocked sites (I think that's done using OpenVPN).

put "cache:" before your url in Chrome (or "?cache:" in FF if u have google as default SE (not sure about this but you can try)), this works most of the times for me for torrent sites etc, but i never tried with YT or other browsers sorry.

I've tried Proxies. They don't work well with youtube at all.
And about HS VPN: Like I said in the OP, all VPNs=Blocked

    Pakistan :)

    Tor doesn't support flash I think. What's i2p?
A VPS sounds the most reasonable to me.

Someone please suggest the cheapest VPS which allows p2p traffic as well (warez too) so that I can seed torrents as well.

Torrents are quite resorce demanding. Those extra cheap vps usually have some hidden i/o or CPU limits. Once you start some heavy jobs on them they will cut off your account due to overlimit of smth. If you want to run on torrents - then look for seed box servers. There were some across the internets. But I recommend some more advanced servers like i5-i7 or entry level xeon with 8-16 gb ram and descent raid discs. You can set up some virtual system like xen or proxmox on this hardware and run multiple tasks. The budget will be around 150-200$ per month
