Coffeeshop or Restaurant with the caveat of good marketing, certainly surpass >1m in revenue

be prepared to invest >2.5m though

or, simply takeover distress owners by inducing financing option..

opportunities everywhere - keep eyes litted!

cheers,

Why will 2.5 m be needed for a restaurant ? What will be the major expenses in this ? What type of marketing you are referring to ?

reputation, history, loyal customer base etc. - try to get freehold land as part of deal - just utilities & labor

marketing agency; full suite

note: it's prudent to add a plot twist (i.e., hire michelin chef) to hype up

That's totally overkill. I have a close friend who invested around 15k euro in a food truck and made 20x back during one summer. My guy was basically traveling in the whole country to each rural festival. Now, he owns 3 big niche restaurants in the capital city.

understood your perspective. However, OP requires a guaranteed solution.

in addition, the deal entails land acquisition, marketing dominance, and guaranteed accounting & audit - reasonable expectation..

I have a few offline that will make you that. Depends how much down your working with. Hit me up. One is a trucking company with 9 trucks and 18 drivers.
Can confirm trucking is is a great business model for making profit quickly. Not super easy but very doable for just about anyone.

If you're in small town buy laundry mart, car wash and vending machines

One whitehat business idea could be building a SaaS platform that solves a common pain point for businesses or individuals. You can scale it fast with a subscription model. Another option is eCommerce, focusing on high-demand products and utilizing strong SEO and social media marketing. Both can generate significant revenue if executed well with the right investment in marketing and operation

Develop a drag and drop saas platform to make other saas applications with design and code integrated and you have a winner.

In a year? SaaS comes to mind and I've looked into high ticket gated marketing services white label. When it comes to high ticket, seems full funnels would be very high priced. If you're a technical nerd, also webinar software has wl.

You could look offline and focus on a franchise location. Commercial real estate is inexpensive though I never like to lease. There will probably be be a resurgence of some retail and anyways look into absentee franchises if you have deep pockets.

Worth mentioning; Nnn properties also are alluring because the renter pays costs and they could be a franchise tenant.

I would save cash right now, the best good deals happen in a recession.
