Research about social media apps/platforms with is a low competition for social media bots.
Code/let somebody code a complete bot, rent this service out as SaaS solution. Also monetize it with resellers.

I do not need idea. Just a general hint on the business niche.
Like is this possible with a book publication? Or with website flipping? I need something that is in trend currently. Like suppose, someone is generating this profit with a SEO business in USA, and he explains it here, his business will not be affected by me starting the same business in my country.

I do not have the skills for business consultancy. One on one coaching to freelancers is something I might do as I have experience in this, but I do not have experience of running a business, so I cannot provide consultancy for this.

one comment was right do you expect anybody to share their own niche? Do you really think its that easy to go on bhw make a question in which industry can I focus to make money? NO BRO people find it by trying failing trying failing, reading, trying failing different times and in the end succeed in that niche and you really think that its that easy to go on BHW ask a question and then recieve a response?
Work your ass off and try and fail. with this mindset you wont get anywhere. you will be just a JR vip all your life time

1. Real estate lead generation targeting specific localities:
If you can sell these leads, these are in general high commission.
Skills required: SEO and PPC research and optimization expertise.
Additionally, it's a bonus if you can find someone working in sales in that specific locality.
I have my school friend working in sales for big real-estate company.
We split the commissions and bonus he makes from any of my leads that convert.
2. Selling handcrafted items & paintings.
Buy at low price from artists in rural & remote areas.
Pay them better than how much they make selling in the markets.
Sell these in big cities and overseas at ridiculous prices.
Since I have my roots in mithilanchal I was able to arrange for these art items.
My landlord's daughter, NRI settled in the US used to sell them here in T1 cities and overseas.
I am not doing this as lot changed during the covid times.

Real estate no doubt pays very well here. But I do not want to get involved with this business.
Handicraft selling seems to be a good idea. I will research more about this.

Any business can make that amount of money. Probably not niche blogs. Use AI to build you a SaaS in a popular field, launch it and contact youtube gurus and ask them to promote it as an affiliate. Launch it on clickbank or jvzoo. You don't have to spend much more than hosting and domain, if you get enough people to promote it you'll be swimming in cash.
This is just hypothetical. I've not tried this but it could work and I'm sure there are a lot of people doing this.

Having own service or products with affiliates promoting it always a good idea. I see less businesses doing it here at my place.

Buy a gas station with small grocery store. People stop by to buy gas and visit the store to buy other things.
