Hi,

As my thread title, i need to know a best hosting company from Asia ( Should be 24/7 Support via Live Chat )

Digitalocean have servers in singapore iirc
 
Which country in Asia do you want to target? It depends on that
 
Have you try "Hosting Raja" India Based Web Hosting Company. Maybe I recommend to you.
 
Any Company that support 24/7 via Live Chat ?
 
bigrock.in in India, vodien.com and Oryon.net from Singapore
 
Most hosting companies have 24/7 live chat support so you can check it on your own if they do they are usually at the bottom or the side of the pages.

Pretty good. They have their servers in Singapore if I am not wrong. Just check them out.

Even Godaddy has the option to select Singapore servers...
 
Make sure that not only the hosting is offshore but the company itself is an offshore company.
So I would strongly suggest to avoid DigitalOcean or like the above post suggests Godaddy...these are US companies.
