My money site was ranked #3 in a non english country before and is now completely removed from top 100 Google search results. It was replaced by blogspot blogs with less backlinks than my site. I have 500 backlinks and the competitors doesn't even have enough links. I spied on them and I only saw <50 backlinks. How come they outranked my money site :(

From a quick glance on the blogspot blogs, they are using their "local language" which my site doesn't have. I spied on their backlinks and indeed they have local backlinks as well.

How do I get such links just like them? I don't even know how to speak their language. Anyway, the niche is gaming (game downloads). I am using it for PPD. Before I was earning $12-$15. Now it's gone!

Anyone experienced building links locally on non English country?

If your page was removed from the search results it might have triggered a penalty rather than having a problem with the backlinks. Check the onpage SEO for any overoptimization and also the backlinks profile, even if you have a low number of backlinks. Also, for local backlinks, you need to get them from sites in your language or from sites that rank high in your country for local keywords.

Hi, I got the information misleading. It's not removed from search results. The ranking just dropped from #3 to 100+.

If I don't know how to speak their language, how do I possibly get a local link from their country? Is outsourcing the only way to go? Thanks for the reply.

Give your site an update every week for the next few weeks, that should help re-athoritise your site. Forget about the backlinks for the timebeing, it sounds like you have enough.

Thanks! Update shouldn't be a problem. Since it's a gaming niche, I can easily add posts and other updates.

I planned to do this. But when I am on it, I really can't write a single sentence using their own language. Even if I try to use Google Translator, I know it would be off grammar.

If this is the case then better hire some local writer of that language who can write article or content for you

Is there no other way around to do it other than outsourcing? Well, let me try if it's worth it.

Find the local pages you can get links from. You can use google translate to translate the local page and the content you may send them or post on that page. You may also look for some gigs with local backlinks for that country. It's cheap. As Panther28 wrote, you can also wait for the pages to rank back, but building some local backlinks won't hurt.
