Where do you suggest me to signup for a blog?

Wordpress? Blogger?

I want monetize the blog, so suggest me the best for that.
And what's the best waiy to monetize a blow instead of Goggle Adsense?
What do you suggest me? Is a Girl Blog with pictures/photos

Blogger or Wordpress are the same. It now depends on how you manage your blog and what type of content you put in.
 
if You are using nude pics, then dont choose blogger, as blogger sometimes ban Adult accounts, if none nude, then it is ok to choose blogger, but don`t put adsense, if it is adult blog.
