Which countries allow non-permanent foreigners to open bank account easily ?

You may wonder why do I ask such question!

I run online business and in need of PayPal account badly, PayPal does not allow my country in their system, so I have to do something.

I need bank account from any PayPal allowed country. I tried Czech Republic, opened bank account, got debit card but PayPal still doesn't accept my card, as far as I understood, the problem is that the Billing Address still is my current Country (which is not allowed in PayPal).

Another country I thought is Singapore, I'll appreciate if you'll confirm.

If you provide me information about other countries near Europe (Or worldwide at least) will be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance!

P.S. I can travel to that country for not more than 7 days as a Visitor.

You need a credit card or a card that supports online payments. It also works with some debit cards (for example, visa classic)

You register a company in a country like HongKong and you can get a bank account + ATM card/debit card there which you can use for transferring money. One company which offers such accounts is asiabs.com

the fact of the matter is, if you get a paypal account from lets say hong kong and login from a different country itll trigger something that will limit your account. try and find alternate ways to obtain the $

Why not just use a 3rd party payment processor that accepts PayPal on your behalf and wires you the money at the end of the week/month? Example: 2checkout.com

US and UK are the best. You will need to rent a residential address and open a bank account from said billing address together with a debit or credit card that can be used for online purchases. Then rent a VPN from hosting company with a datacenter within 20 km of your rented address and use it when logging into PP each time.
Get a drivers license with rented address.

It may still get flagged for further verification. It's best to call paypal first and inform them about travel plans when logging in from abroad. They will earmark your account for 3 weeks for foreign access.

Your first post in five years was to dig up a three year old thread?

Stop living in the past man, get with the times!
