Thought I'd share one of my ways of creating ONE-WORD domains.

I've used them for quite a few blogs with great success as well as a few autoblogs... Many times visitors using Google to perform searches on a particular subject will look at the name of the domain before clicking on the result.

And while I have had great success creating domain names with the main subject word of the niche in the domain, it is of course getting harder and harder to do that because so many 2, 3, and 4 word domain names have already been taken.

Additionally, creating a domain name with a suffix helps build a brand and branding because it's just ONE word. Easy to remember... Easy to type into the url address box of the browser.

Believe it or not, I've seen huge spikes in traffic in certain niches just from the creation of a one word domain... Even on autoblogs.

So here you go... Be CREATIVE:

*EDIT: I've also managed to sell quite a few of these at SEDO for some very good money... Enjoy.

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

It worked for us! It's a great way to take a common word and turn it into a trademark.
