My site was getting atleast 3,000 to 4,000 consistent visitors a day, but now all of the sudden I can barely scratch 2,000. I've changed nothing about the site core wise and content is added daily I'm not sure why the sudden crash in visitors

I think your marketing strategy has some lack. that's why you face this problem now.

we may not change anything but google is changing every seconds

Consistently post your article in other blogs OP, you would get good traffic from there and concentrate on social networks more than now.
Try mobile traffic more than other device traffic because mobile traffic for your site is more effective

If your ranking didn't change, could be that your niche site is not visited much in the summer.

Maybe you should reconsider your strategy, it is time to pivot :

Develop your SMO
Be mobile ready
Create more unique and useful content
Check the quality of your backlinks -> disavow the crappy ones
Find new trafic sources, reconsider the paid ones if you are able to monetize/convert well

I'm definitely working on more of a social media presence and the turn out has been good so far, but for mobile traffic desktop traffic is the higher percentage of my traffic

My site is responsive and mobile ready not much backlinking other than social media but I recently created a hubpage and youtube channel among other things

My website is a streaming one for anime so i would think summer would be amazing for traffic

Thank you for the advice everyone the traffic has declined but it's still steady with session duration/bounce rate. I'll continue to do my research and try to keep growing

Analyze where your traffic was coming form and on which pages ..... then you see where you lost

Streaming anime? Then probably you got tons of DMCA on your pages that google removed from it's SERP, and your traffic went down. Take a look on google webmaster tools if there are notification of content remove.
This could be a reason.

Yeah I've been checking atleast 9 pages got hit with dmca and taken off google search that might've been the cause

I think you competition is working really hard while you're busy counting traffic. Get real, OP. It's time to up the game. You cannot stop and rest on your laurels, or in this case steady flow of traffic numbers.

Get more quality content for your compititive KW after analysis,Content really matter a lot post it using real sites which has good high metrics.

I do though traffic has gone down from looking at analytics returning visitors is way up and average session duration
