Sudden 4.5x jump in traffic, can someone explain?

I've been getting 110+ hits per day for over a month now. It's been steadily increasing from 0. But there have been no jumps. I don't use any linkbuilding. Only July 15 I got 450 hits and today, I got 451 hits. Every other day is 110-130. Is there some explanation or is my Jetpack/WordPress stats reporting all whacky?

What does your Google Analytics say?
I'm not sure whether Jetpack can filter out bot traffic.

Don't you have Google analytics installed to trace where the source of this 'new' traffic is?

You could tell by going through your analytics, if it says Google, you check your search console to know what pages and keywords performed better on those days.

You can't get accurate answer from the forum without you looking at the data yourself.
