    Hi guys,

This thread will be semi-motivational and pretty much educational.
I'll tell you what I do for a living and how you can make (more) money by following my example.

    Short story
No more than two years have passed since I've started in the "online product development business".
Most of you know me from my PinBot or YTR products, and that's been my focus in the past year.
I've started doing the methods myself, which I found on BHW, and step by step I learned coding, so ended up building my own bots and tools to automate the process.
But in the end I've decided to share these tools with other people. I started selling them on BHW. I'm not afraid of competition, because if a method works for me then I'm not worried about a few hundred people trying it out, it won't make a difference in a multi-million dollar market (YouTube or Pinterest for instance).

The secret to success : my two cents
    1.
If you don't read anything else on this thread, remember this: HELP OTHER PEOPLE.
Have you heard the saying: "if you help enough people get what they want, you'll get everything you want."
Most of us heard it, but only so few apply it in their business. As soon as I started applying this simple principle, I literally blew up.
If I was arrogant and didn't care about other people's problems, then I wouldn't ever made the amount of sales that I have.
    If you are running a service or selling some kind of product, TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Ask them how their day was, and how they are holding up;
If they're having some kind of problems or difficulties HELP THEM RIGHT AWAY. Don't ask them to create a support ticket (I hate tickets, it's the most terrible support system).
Allow your customers to get in touch with you on WhatsApp/Facebook/Skype/Gmail ... It shows them how much you care, and if you care then they will pay the price.

    2.
People don't lack money. I've had dozens of cases where people were able to buy PinBot, despite their background or economic conditions.
If you can help them solve a problem, they will be willing to buy it. So don't be a cheap monkey and RAISE YOUR PRICES. (If you promise to provide a quality service/product though).

Make the world a better place
Business is all about adding value to the market place. It's a wonderful business model.
I would encourage many of you to offer unique quality services and products, it will benefice the online community.

This was my small giveaway to our wonderful community, feel free to ask me anything :)
PS: don't bother asking how much I earn because that's none of your business.

Nicely written healzer, if this motivates sellers probably buyers would benefit a lot here, IMO. I don't ask u how much u earn, but how do u earn :), i am ready to take any kinda advise or guide from u. BTW, thanks for the pinbot trial, i am testing it.

My advice for starters is to make some free service or product, something very simple.
Once you have a simple product and people enjoyed using it, then develop it further until it has more than one feature.
Then make a sales page, add a PayPal button and start promoting it.

In my case I was blessed to have an account on BHW, so I could easily open a BST thread for 30$.
But don't limit yourself to BHW only, there are a dozen other great forums out there.

If you're not in the IM niche, then head over to YouTube, Twitter, IG, other forums,...

Hope this helps you out a bit?

I would like to ask about Pinbot, is it as effective now as it was when you first made it available to users on BHW

Well, how much do you earn :-(
I read all your threads and your journey threads. They are always interesting, but I have not tried doing the pinterest thing myself. Congrats on learning how to code, i would definitely love to do that someday.

I can tell you first hand that selling a service on bhw could potentially make you 4 to 5 figures a year.

Congratulations, OP! It's nice to see someone who actually takes the extra steps to run a successful business and not another automated response factory.

I absolutely agree to the point about talking to customers directly and doing away with ticket system. For that very reason I don't have support ticket system for any of my products or services. I hate ticket based support system myself and I can feel what customers would feel if they are made to do it.

That's the reason me as well always request all my customers to talk to me on skype or sometimes connect directly on FB as well or skype the support if am busy.

Its a great personal touch and it shows to them that you care for their business and time and want to offer instant solution to their issue.

    Hey Healzer,

Congratulations. Welcome to an elite club of people who sat down and put in the hard work and effort for several years to build something worthwhile.

Might be interesting to share tips on how you came up with your bot ideas. Hit me up some time.
