Wondering if it's possible to do it by utilizing some of the exchange services out there. Can't withdraw directly because of circumstances in a foreign country right now. I know it's easy to transfer when you have a friend, but I'm just wondering if you've used some of these transfer services that weren't scams.

I don't trust them so I'd like to hear some member's experiences, especially positive ones.

Most people will not take in paypal and exchange for western union due to the increased risk of fraud. Even though you're probably legit, they won't assume that.

Even with an exchange service you need a certain level of verification before you can send out paypal.

That makes sense. I didn't think about how risky this really is for people operating those.

It would be a very risky thing to do, and most people offering these exchange type of stuff tend to make use of various different individual paypal accounts owned by others, often new individuals who take all the risks without even realizing.

So, its best never to use such a service, if Paypal withdrawal is an issue to you, look for an alternative payment method. Otherwise, consider using paypal funds to invest into something useful that you could turn into an income to you going out to you via checks or bank transfers.
