Successfull IMer, Mentor? Guide to Success

hey guys, i am a teen from the us. all my life ive had the dream to be an entrapenuer. Starting bussinesses and always on the look for bussiness ventures. long story short. I am just another honest guy trying to make and be successfull, not looking to cheat or find shortcuts to success. But work and build towards it as a long term thing. is there anybody here already successfull making full time earnings from IM and knows the do's and don'ts of IMing willing to be my mentor over skype or something. guide me along the way. im not asking to baby spoon me, just guide me along the way, answer a few questions i have here and there?
