If you're providing any kind of web, digital, SEO, marketing or print services to your clients and you AREN'T including REPUTATION MANAGEMENT options, then you're MISSING OUT on the most important and business critical online development of this decade...

Reputation management is one of the hottest and fastest growing sectors in digital services worldwide
. Corporations are already spending hundreds of millions, but the huge untapped market is small-medium sized offline businesses.

"The average service-reliant business that doesn't take care of their online reputation over the next few years
will end up losing much of their competitive edge, and will gradually become strangled of new and repeat business."

But providing online and offline Reputation Management services can be an involved and complex area, which often scares off smaller providers and agencies. But this really needn't be the case...

Because the Offline ORM that's needed by small-medium sized companies does not need to be anywhere as complex as that required by large corporations, but it still needs to elegantly supply certain critical functions...

And that's why we've decided to put together a free 100-page e-book, which takes you through the entire process.

With years of experience behind us, we cover most areas, including the psychology behind the service, the steps to effective marketing and sales, explaining these concepts to potential customers, guided examples & walk-through?s, and of course the background and steps on how to supply these services.

Reputation Management services are repeated billing and highly profitable; why on earth wouldn't you want to add these to your current repertoire? With SEO becoming ever more challenging/unpredictable/expensive post panda/penguin, it's time to diversify your portfolio into an online service that doesn't rely on the vagaries of Google's ranking algorithm...

Start building a web service business with longevity, control, and strong, residual payments and sales.

Honestly: The BIGGEST hassle encountered by most online marketers in supplying these services, is providing the bespoke software/technical platforms - and creating quality sales collaterals/materials/video etc...

...So, as well as explaining everything in-depth, we'll also provide you with full access to our complete, customisable and powerful bespoke commercial system. An automated system that can, if you wish, take care of virtually all aspects of the process, (with the exception of providing the clients of course!) We also provide a full affiliate partner back-office for monitoring and management of your clients.

We'll remove all the financial hassle and even handle payment collection & processing etc. via the affiliate route - and split the profits with you. Our service (if you choose to use it) has no admission cost or financial commitment of any type; there are no 'extras' we'll try and sell you. Each client will be provisioned at a set rate or profit-share - with no additional payments from you. Client accounts are sold individually, and do not need to be bulk-purchased in volume.

Over the last few years, we've also developed many sales-collaterals in the form of web-assets,
video and PDF's which you'll find invaluable in your sales and promotional efforts.

Our 100 page in-depth guide is available via the link below:

    SuccessWithReputationManagement.zip

I'll also be happy to openly answer any questions... but please post them here in this thread (no PM's please for general questions - let others share in the Q&A.)

Thanks to everyone for all the PM's: I've now replied to everyone... If you haven't received a reply, then the PM didn't get to me!

...This also shows our main Member Sales/Service showcase video

BTW: All our demo logins and back-office access demo's are included in the guide, along with full affiliate/reseller info and financials etc.

One question I had via PM, which is worth sharing:

In terms of your question, the answer is 2-sided.

    1. The sales person/affiliate that was introducing this would lead the business onto the next step of discussions. If you read the more info page, you'll see we start to get into the handout card methods. The key is making it personal. If a staff member asks for feedback for them personally, using reasons of a competition/rewards programme etc, the customer starts to see it as a favour for the good service they've received. Stats show that merely asking will massively increase the feedback volume, and if you use a staff name and make it personal, you also dramatically increase the percentage that go onto actual reviews. Our members area goes into this and gives notes and guidance for the manager and staff.

You're not trying to get everybody there. You'll only get the ones who are 'review types' anyway generally, unless the service was really personal and impressive. But a lot more people do this nowadays than 2 years ago and it's increasing all the time. These people often tend to have an account at one of the sites, with a google account being most prevalent. Lots of people use tripadvisor, yelp or yellow pages though. And it's really easy to register anyway; and happens with a percentage of people who feel it's become a 'duty'.

    2. We're aiming to get the numbers up over time; not suddenly flood them with reviews. So you only need a small gradual growth. This looks natural. As staff get better at using the handout cards etc, the results go up. It's never a big percentage though; but it doesn't need to be. Gradual and genuine is what we want.

There's no ethical and genuine way of pushing these numbers; otherwise it's manipulation. But the simple act of asking every customer will generate a MASSIVE jump over the current situation. It's like McDonald's 'do you want fries with that' - but more intelligently handled of course - but by simply doing it - you automatically get an uptake.

We've also brought the entire concept around to a more positive viewpoint, where it's much more about business intelligence and enabling an owner/manager to have the info to run his business better. The majority of our clients come from the reputation 'insurance' angle; getting in front of this, rather than dealing with existing negative.

All offline businesses are going to HAVE to start handling this over the next few years, as the few percent that are dealing with it (at some level) are already starting to pull ahead on all the main sites. It's honestly going to destroy more businesses than panda/penguin did for sure - and there's really NO quick fix for a situation where your competitors have loads of positive press and social etc. that's built up over years; that's some serious hill to climb. It's not about google manipulation... it's about public reputation and perception at ALL levels.

Let's face it, no one uses directory enquiries any more. It's all a google search, and what happens when the front page all contains bad press for you, or loads of good for a few others. People just start migrating elsewhere. We've tracked a bunch of businesses with good/bad press vs their competitors, and watched the natural traffic and sales erode consistently. It's an invisible loss that most businesses can't even account for; they don't understand why their customers are going elsewhere. The majority of businesses we talk to with existing bad press are devastated -they didn't even realise it was happening and how blatantly Google was pushing the gory details!

    NEW White-Label & Reseller Options

White-Label/Reseller Pricing - Now Discounted Even Further

Due to the success of our entire system over the last year, we feel we can now afford to discount our reseller options even further, to help you make the maximum profit possible.

Reseller and White-label Reseller accounts have been reduced to US$49 or UK£29+VAT each.

Once you have 10 client accounts active, you can contact us for a further discount on ALL subsequent accounts (account 11 onwards)...

These will be priced at US$39 or UK£23+VAT each.

If you know you can send us a reasonable volume of accounts quickly, then we may be able to offer this price immediately.

Each client account features its own discrete short-code URL and full member’s back-office etc. as shown in the demo. You can sign-up for each account one-at-a-time, and there’s no need for any bulk/volume purchase. All accounts are purchased and paid for via the PayPal subscription system, so monthly payments are fully automated and under your control. For your peace of mind, if you miss a payment for any reason, we will NOT notify the customer, to allow you to fix any issues etc.

All accounts are purchased from within your affiliate/reseller back-office, and are immediately available for viewing and use.

Reseller vs White-Label Reseller Option : What’s The Difference?

Our Reseller option provides our full retail service ‘as-is’. It offers the same portal/back-office and branding as our own retail accounts. This allows full use of all our branded marketing materials, video and sales collaterals etc.

Our ‘White-Label’ Reseller option provides the full service in the same way, but there is NO mention of our branding etc. anywhere. The customer portals do not show our branding anyway, but the customer back-office is where the main difference lies. The White-Label customer back office shows YOUR business name and email, with the contact page sending emails to you. All content has been stripped of any mention of us. This means of course that our branded sales/promotional and explanation materials CANNOT be used.

As any member who has worked with us over the years will testify: We will 'bend over backwards' to support you and your sales efforts. If you've got a question... Talk to us.

FULL Details & DEMO's are available in this short PDF document > CLICK HERE <

I'm constantly asked the basic question: [h=3]What IS Online/Offline Reputation Management?[/h]If you read our downloadable guide, this will become much clearer; but for now - understand that it simply means the process of actively managing a business's reputation from the customer's perception. When we say reputation, we're talking about the traditional use of the word, as in "They've got a great reputation for good quality food...". So, we're essentially talking about managing a company's brand/perception so that they don't lose any business - and actually increase their market-share because of their positive reputation.

It's really important to understand that there's little point in spending time and money on advertising, marketing and any kind of search optimisation, if when a customer searches online for a business, they find negative reviews - or no positive comments or ratings as ‘social-proof'. They'll simply end up going to a competitor who has plenty of positive comments.

We've seen clients waste thousands on marketing, PPC and SEO - because they either had bad reviews sitting on the first page of Google (which prevented conversion), or they had strong competitors who were ‘stealing' all their business - with their strong reviews and social proof. Buyers inherently avoid risk.

This is what is happening right now to millions of traditional ‘bricks & mortar' businesses world-wide
. A continual and steady erosion of sales from new and repeat customers; because of the ‘invisible loss' of customers to competitors who have a better public image and reputation.

And don't think for one minute that this only applies to major brands.
We have a fish & chip shop client who lost a significant amount of business over a year simply due to 2 (just two!) bad Google+ Local Business reviews (which were actually completely biased and unfair); and the business wasn't even aware that these reviews existed. The owner had no idea why his business was falling away. Several months later, with the right help, the situation was completely reversed.

This situation is repeated thousands of times over. And when you consider all the businesses that don't have any bad reviews, but simply don't have any positive commentary to make them stand-out, you'll realise that there are literally millions of businesses that are experiencing this silent and hidden loss. Over time, customers will migrate to those businesses that have established a strong and positive service and quality image. For further proof of this social-effect, just look at Amazon or eBay - and the difference in sales between those items with a high rating, and those with a low rating. It's actually quite scary, from a business perspective, how easy it is to dramatically alter a company's long-term sales and success with mere customer ‘chatter'.

The real key here is that due to fundamental changes in the way that the internet and search-engines have grown and socially evolved, what we used to term ‘Online Reputation Management', has now become ‘Offline Reputation Management' as well. Although the acronym ‘ORM' means managing your reputation online, it has now become impossible to separate online reputation from offline reputation.

...So although we deal with online forms of reputation management and customer feedback, these now form the basis of 99% of a customer's traditional ‘reputation', as the internet is where everybody now goes to find & research potential purchases.

No-one uses the phone-book anymore; we just Google it. And if what pops-up on the first page is a bunch of negative about that business, or there is a lot of positive about another similar business - which is only a click away - which way will the customer go? It's frankly obvious when you think about it.
