    So the main priority is to make money, obviously, but to be truly successful you have to be passionate about what you're doing. I like to watch TEDtalk on my down time, and this is one of my favorites by far. I would highly recommend watching some of the videos from the channel, but I will be posting ones that can be related with IM.

    Or a passion for money would do. Gary took his wine business to the next level, yeah, but he didn't create it from scratch. I mean it's his family's business so half his work was done if you ask me.
