Thats awesome buddy and great motivation. Just 1 query, if site shows income via private buyers - The buyers would remain with me, even if I flip the site. So If I show XXX earrings for my site but after its sold, it does not generate leads/ revenue, then it might result in negative feedback, right ?
Good job, OP! I have to admit I didn't know it's lucrative at all to sell small sites - I'll definitely have to look into this!
More importantly though, thanks for the idea with the whiteboard!!!
Like so many others here (obviously) I wanted to get one a while ago, but totally forgot about it and used trello and other online-to-do-lists to remember what I still have to do...but having the list online is different than having it at home or in the office, staring at your face all the time
Just went and ordered one - you should really have put up an affiliate link for whiteboards by now

sometime, it's difficult to sell a website no matter your website is content rich, making dollar's as it all depends on the market.
