Succesful Copeac offers

Unfortunately I have not been able to find any good converting offers for Copeac. They practically have no zip submits or email submits. They have some download offers, but they don't convert at all.

Has anyone had any success with some?

i used to use them a while ago but not recent...

i felt they shave alot... maybe just me tho...
