Cross posting? I heard it'll be helpful to grow your subreddit but it gets harder to get views on crossposts and get into hot or best category is that true?try crosposting in related subs

Depends on niche. For adult niche crossposting works like a charm if you got multiple accounts to do it from.
I use tools like Gummysearch to understand the subreddits and their audience behavior. It will help you to choose the right material for marketing.

That's the only thing reddit is best for, multiple accounts like how many? Can I use same app to post from each? Or I do have to use different apps or browsers for each account ? Using VPN to avoid ban? Is it okay to post from 5 accounts and having same ip? I did create other accounts using VPN but later i used them without VPN...using my own ip
