I´m the owner of 4 adult subreddits, one has 35k members and the other 3 has 5-10k members
Could they bring traffic to my website?

Reddit is very good place for traffic and the quality of traffic is also good ( adult + non adult ) .
I have seen many people uses their subs to drive traffic to their money sites. Quite happy they are.

Reddit act as an amazing source of traffic generation, as it is a social news site and very active platform.
Using them wisely can drive a huge results.
