    Home Page:
    Thats pretty BS, for example, for a given keyword, my page mywebsite()com/thispage()html
    will rank much better than
    mywebsite()com

    Why is that? its nice to be ranked high for a keyword, but when its your "disclaimer" page thats ranked, it kinda sucks.

    my site is

    allanimedownloads()com

    If your keyword is in the URL, it is a lot easier to rank for. Essentially just as long as the keyword is somewhere in the URL, even if not the main domain, google sees that in the URL. It also might be a good idea to take that page out of the sitemap then if you want it around, but not in any results, which it doesn't really need to be. It could also be google not liking you main page, but like this page more. I have had a site that other pages rank before the main page, and it's likely that google didn't like my 4 fiverr gigs in one week to the main page lol.

    Well from my test with my own domains (all which had PR ) you might have a penalty on your hands.
