I don't know LOL, I feel like it might work... I highly doubt it since everyone says "Do. Not. F?ck. With. Google"

BUT! I don't know -- In any case...

I have a PSN (Private Social Network) of about 4800 people which is located at XXX.com, I also have a blog which is located over at YYY.com. I have AdSense on YYY.com but not anywhere close to make any decent money (around $1/day).

So I was thinking... What if I tell those people "Click on my ads" but in such was that not all ~5000 people will click at once?

OR! Or... What if I join some CPA network and tell all 4000+ people to join? (like a poker CPA $175)

    Please advice.

    Thanks.

That would be scamming Google or the CPA network and is worthy of a prison sentence, Just my opinion.

Well, the CPA thing, you'd have to use a submit offer, cause I doubt all 4k of those people are going to be willing to pay a couple hundred bucks just cause you ask them to. And as for the adsense thing, best to not try it. If Google sees a hint of fishyness, you're out. But yeah, using an email submit should be just fine if the people actually know and like you.

It would definitely be scamming Google, but not the CPA network. You'd just have to make sure the offer is okay with incentivized traffic, and you're good.
