Stupid Twitter Question

So i have never ever used twitter don't know but i never did. I Have used youtube, facebook very extensively, but i have this twitter question i need to know how can one send lots of real followers to other twitter users names for instance you all must have seen website where the claim to send 3k followers/3 days is it real if it is how do they do it ?

So what i can think of is this just like Facebook do they add lots of friends and then suggest those friends to other user names ? or they send all fake created users?

Please Answer it as i have no idea about twitter at all and really curious to know it.

I think you can try some website can give you instant follower. But i am sure that twitter follower too difficult now.
