Is it possible or against best practices to have 2 campaigns for different sites schedule to run at once or is it best to have it run 1 campaign, wait till that is done, then run the next campaign?

Best to run them at different times. Think about it, you're going to have my thread/browsers open so they are all going to run somewhat slower, hence lowering your success rate.
    Easier to manage also.

Well I usually just make lots of campaigns spaced up in 5 days. I'm not sure if that's the best way to do it, but it's working great for me.

Thanks. I also notice that some forums only let you sign up 1 account per hour during account creation. I am still getting use to nuke and it's timing but I only have 3 campaigns I want to run so I am sure I can just set them to run 6 hours apart and should be good.

What I mean was posting at the same time but the dude above you explained it well.
