:D for a quite lazy day, I just came up with questions. Saw a lot of SEO service providers here and there.

If they can make other websites rank to make money, why don't they build websites and rank and make themselves money? :| Why provide service with $100-$300 per day to many customers with lot of things to worry, while they can have $100-$300 per day with less hassle, stable, long-term, and almost less work to worry? :|

Why do people sell shovel when they can go out and dig for gold themselves? Your question is not stupid as I wondered the same when I started, after speaking to one of the sellers it made sense that they are two complete business models. Some people have offices and employees and they just want guranteed money. And it is good money to be made. Some sellers have there own site as well.

So if I can afford to build a huge PBN (soon) I will sell part of it here in forums so I have guaranteed money coming in while I am ranking my sites. Its just a good business model thats all.

You call electrician, plumber, gardener at your home.
What if they say hell I dont care I will only do work at my place only

They also creates there websites too..Create a website and earning profit from it takes long time while providing SEO services is instant profit.

The answer is - instant cashflow and protecting yourself from the uncertainty in how Google's future updates may affect your site.

I've probably said this at least 20 times on this forum: it's about putting a value on your time.

SEO providers on here have a team or software that allows them to do what a single person with limited SEO knowledge can do, ten times faster.

So, let's do some math:

Let's say I had very limited SEO knowledge. And I saw a service where the items provided would easily take me 20 hours to complete. I value my time at around $50 per hour. So that's $1,000 worth of time spent.

The SEO provider also values his time at $50 per hour. The process that takes me 20 hours takes him two. That's $100 worth of time spent. He charges $200 for the service.

Therefore, the markup allows the SEO provider to make his $50 per hour, and the purchaser (me) technically has $800 worth of money-time freed up.

Anytime I come across this somehow stupid question, i wonder if people are not wise enough to know the difference. Can you build 10,000,000 websites just because you can rank them all? You will die.

Like article writers, why sell 'em when you can publish all of them on your websites?

Like google, why allow advertisers to advertise their websites when google can create millions of sites and advertise them on their advertising platform?

That's why you got specific persons for specific jobs. Like for example you don't know want/how to get rid of your sh*t on the sewage. that's why you call those plumbers right?

None of the services GUARANTEE ranking improvements AT ALL! That's why. Most of them sell you super cool story and promises and then build bullshit links, with bullshit tools with bullshit content and you don't rank. Then you end up buying a new domain, because the old one is now useless and you try to rank it on your own. Truth is, most of them, like 70% I bet don't know how to rank so they sell here some magic panda and penguin proof 3.0+++ A+ approved service that moderators don't check for quality. So yeah, theres that.

You can't rank everything OP.. If you're good at your trade, can scale your operation and feel comfortable dealing with clients then why not take a piece of that pie too.

There is soooo much money to be made in SEO if you know what you're doing, it would make no business to me at all to limit myself to just my own properties. Fuck that, I'm in this game to get rich - scaling by offering my skills out = quicker route to getting rich.

SEO is just one part of making a successful online business, you still have to get an idea, research keywords, design and develop a web site, create a content, monetize it, deal with competitors, maintain a site, deal with any potential problems with monetisation (refunds, fraudulent clicks etc)... It's not just build a crappy web site in few hours and perform SEO campaign, it's way more than that and SEO providers doesn't want to deal with all that.

If I (as buyer ) rank let say 10 more websites with good positions and DA, probably I will start selling as too. It will not hurt me, but get fresh content which will make my websites even better. Its a 2 side win win situation.

some people here are answering just to insult the others or troll ... why are you mad ?!

Because 95% of SEO packages on BHW suck balls - there I said it, and now I will be swimming in hate.

One thing is that some people are good in administration stuff and want per month stable income to run households.
Another thing in selling service is letting others make money and this help is credited in the form of good deeds done to others and in return the sellers earn good income and get ideas on the income and which niche they can choose to go and make money for themselves by ranking websites. Then its like primary and secondary business and it can switch places i.e service selling and ranking websites.

Because you can buy shitty links 100 shitty links for 50 bucks a month and sell them for 200 bucks a month... OFC people that really know seo won't buy shit like this, but noobs see it as omg 100 links for 200 bucks with high pr... they don't even understand what's the difference of a contextual homepage link vs. a link farm footer link that will penalize you, lol, people that rank won't sell you stupid packages, if they rank and they sell seo they sell it to big companies that pay xxxx$/month...

So let's say I do SEO for large law firms, realtors, dentists, restaurants, ect. Maybe even diet pills and online gambling.

Where in the world would I get enough time to get my PhD, pass the bar, get my realtors license, start a restaurant, my own line of diet pills, and build an online casino?
